This week I visited an up and coming brewery from Connecticut called, OEC Brewing. The brewery is like no other, imparting lost techniques with new age beer making. Almost everything they make is fermented naturally and uses ingredients found around their property, whether it be fruit or spices. You can get more on their story here, its fascinating and will give you a great idea of what they are all about.
This is probably the most interesting beer maker I have visited in my years running I Drink Good Beer and while I wait to share the articles over there, I just had to share some here. Enjoy the photos and if you find yourself in Oxford, Connecticut, do pay them a visit.
