Jesse has been one of my best buddies in the beer industry over the past few years. I started making films with him at Carton, I get to can beer with him at Other Half and now I have the chance to spread the word of his new adventure, Interboro Spirits & Ales.

Teaming up with local Brooklyn resident, Laura Dierks, Interboro will be the first brewery, distillery in New York City. They will be focusing on tasty ales, unique spirits, barrel aging and mixed fermentation projects. To get the ball rolling they have their tanks on order and construction has begun but they just a little more help.
