I spend a lot of time in the kitchen watching my friend Brandon cook. The food is always delicious, looks amazing but nine out of ten times there is nothing to show for it other than having the itis. I decided that it was time we start documenting these dishes in a visual manner that shows ingredients and steps, leading up to the final plating.
Our first dish is a ramen inspired soup broth with chinese noodles, shredded pork, pork belly and a few pickled items. Over all I am happy with the outcome of the shoot and the dish itself. The only question is. What do we make next?
