Guarantee & Limitations of Liability
At Casse’s Mobile Detailing, we stand behind our work and are committed to providing the highest quality service. However, we cannot be responsible for defects and loss outside of our control. Casse’s Mobile Detailing and our customers must work together to attain the best quality possible. Therefore, it is important for our customers to be aware of the risks associated with your vehicle including known recalls as well as actions you can take to limit these risks when getting your vehicle detailed.
Guarantees:
• Your car will be cleaned thoroughly pending the service requested.
• Clean and sanitary equipment will be used and free of contamination.
Casse’s Mobile Detailing Does Not Guarantee and Has No Liability For:
• Removal of surface scratches, hard water stains, bird matter or paint burn.
Casse’s Shine Shop Has No Liability For:
• Leaking sunroofs, roof rails and associated components.
• Engine complications
• Flat Tires
• Battery Complications
Both parties agree to share the burden of extensive delays: Customers for vehicle readiness and Casse’s Mobile Detailing for equipment malfunction/delays. Casse’s Mobile Detailing operates with the understanding that car washes do not always go exactly as planned and works with our customers equitably to ensure the job gets done. **See the Best Practices Guide and the Site Requirements for more info, guidelines, recommendations and tips.
PAYMENT POLICIES
Payment Terms & Collections
Casse’s Mobile Detailing is COD, Credit Card or Check Payment onsite once job is complete unless terms issued. If terms are issued, the terms will be Net 20.
A 25% deposit is required for fleet accounts. The deposit amount is determined by the number of vehicles that will be washed for the day. This deposit is only required for the first job, but all charges related to the first job must be paid in full prior to committing to any subsequent washes. Future washing jobs will be confirmed as soon as any outstanding invoices have been paid.
Invoices for Fleet Services are Net 20 from invoice date. For past due accounts, Casse’s Mobile Detailing reserves the right to require payment prior to booking future washing jobs. Casse's Mobile Detailing also reserves the right to revoke credit privileges if a customer does not adhere to stated payment terms.
If an account becomes past due, Casse’s Mobile Detailing will begin a more formal collections process to include:
o Immediate suspension of future scheduled jobs
o Collection notices sent at 5, 10, and 15 days past due
o Assess a 3% monthly finance charge on past due amount
If Casse’s Mobile Detailing refers a past due account to an attorney or an outside collection agency, all fees incurred to collect past due balances are the responsibility of the customer. Statements are issued weekly to any account with an overdue balance or upon request.
CANECELLATION POLICIES
Cancellation Policy: Casse’s Mobile Detailing may assess a cancellation fee of the total cost of the schedule appointment if appointment is canceled within 7 calendar days of scheduled job. Please contact Casse’s Mobile Detailing as soon as you realize that an appointment needs to be changed or cancelled.
On Site Cancellation: Casse’s Mobile Detailing encourages its customers to contact us before 9pm the day prior to your scheduled wash if you or your vehicle will not be ready on the following day. However, if we arrive at your home, office, apartment or any location and you or your vehicle are not ready, thus requiring a cancellation or rescheduling, Casse’s Mobile Detailing reserves the right to charge for all costs incurred for the scheduled Job.
10 Hour Maximum Policy: In an effort to prioritize safety for our crew members, Casse Mobile Detailing follows a maximum 10 hour per day policy including travel time to and from washing locations. We encourage customers to have all items and loose trash out of the vehicle before our arrival to ensure the anticipated job can be completed within that time frame. Any excessive delays may impact our ability to complete the job as planned.
