The Ale Apothecary has to be one of the best breweries I have ever visited. This small beer maker is making some of the best sour beer in the country and if you are local to Oregon you have most likely tried Paul’s liquid. Luckily for the beer vacationers, his down town spot is just about open and you will be able to sample and grab bottles to go. Enjoy the photos.
