Back in December I was invited to a beer dinner by my good friend Steve Scro. He owns this amazing restaurant set in the hills of Sussex County New Jersey where the food is out standing and the beer selection is like no other in the area. He throws beer events from time to time highlight some of the better craft breweries here in the state and this particular event was very special. World re-nowned author and brewmaster of Brooklyn Brewery, Garrett Oliver would be the host of the four course dinner giving all the guest a crash course on pairing beer with food. I wanted to make a film that talks about the idea of the beer dinner rather than break everything down that went on that night. I was able to interview Executive Chef, Ken Salmon from Mohawk House as well as Garrett Oliver and a few others. Let your mouth water as you see all the delicious food and Brooklyn Beer flowing.
